My workplace is business casual, which allows me to get away with relaxed outfits like the one above. I’ll admit, “Outfit of the Day” shots are not my jam because a) I’m awkward as heck (see: awkward mirror pic above) and b) I’m awkward as heck, but I’ll try it out and see how it goes. I’m confident my #ootd posts will all look the same; in the same way that I generalized my lazy girl morning routine, I’ve also developed a lazy girl routine for my outfits. 🙂
Typically, my formula for dressing for work is pretty simple (read: lazy): I start with a black base (pants or blouse (or both)) and add on small doses of colour and/or print. I know many women are fond of the statement necklace, but I am a firm believer of the statement shoe!
