Maybe I’ve been busy, but not much has changed! Except my hair. And my necklace (finally). And I did pick up the tarte palette of my April Must-Haves dreams.
Is it too late now to say sorry?
For a quick review of the tarte RAINFOREST OF THE SEA WIPEOUT Colour-Correcting Palette, keep reading!
The Good: Super cute packaging/case; easy instructions; all essential correcting colours.
The Bad: Can be a bit greasy (I find it applies way better with the matching brush).
The Ugly: Does not come with skill set a.k.a Nat needs to practice.
Overall, I agree with the average 4 of 5 star rating on Sephora. Using the brush has helped alleviate any greasiness, but I am a makeup newbie and feel like I’m finger painting. The green and the yellow are my favorites because I’m always looking for ways to reduce redness and highlight.
